Nikki Blake's strives to please our customers.   We hand pick each ring from a variety of vendors searching for quality rings that are beautiful and unique. We do not have a "price point", meaning we have various items at various prices based on the content and craftsmanship of each piece.

How do I place an order?   
Placing an order is easy-peasy! Just click the ring Category under Shop, then choose your fabulous ring and click add to cart.  Also, if you know the name of the piece or item number, you can enter the info in the search tab.  We only take orders through our official website which is secure and meets all top security requirements for your protection and ours.  

What is the status of my order?
Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email.  Then, within 1-2 business days your order will be shipped!  Once an order is shipped, you will receive a second email with a tracking number.  Please note that it may take up to 24 hours from the time your order is scanned by the post office and entered into the tracking system.

How long does it take to get my order?
Once your order is placed it takes 1 to 2 business days to process your order, then it will be shipped USPS First Class Mail which takes 3-5 business days.  Larger orders are shipped Priority Mail which is 2 business days.  Orders $75 and over are considered larger orders.

Does Nikki Blake's store my credit card info?
NO, we never store credit card or payment info for your protection and ours.

Will you send me constant emails if I subscribe to your Private Email List? 
The last thing we want to do is be annoying, and we don't like spam emails either!  Rest assured that we email our Private Email family weekly.  Sometimes twice a week.  The benefits of being on our list is that we often send Coupon Codes that only our Email family can get.  This will be additional savings on all items, including sale items.  We promise to never spam you and never share your email.  We value you!

How do I cancel or change my order?
We ship our orders as fast as we can when we receive them.  Generally, orders can not be cancelled once they are received.  No worries though!  You can always return or exchange an order once it has arrived.  Any questions or any cancellation attempts can be made by contacting us at
How do I return something?  And what reason do I need to return it?
To return an order for an exchange or for a refund, it's easy! No reason needed, and you have 14 days to return it. Not only that, but it will cost you nothing to return the item to us. Simply contact us at We will email you a shipping label.  It will cost you NOTHING to mail it back to us if you use our shipping label. 

Refunds are made within 2-3 business days of receiving your return.  We usually credit you back same day, but allow 2-3 days in case it is received on a non-business day or holiday.
