All shipping is made by USPS 2 Day Priority shipping with tracking. It takes approx 1-2 business days to process an order, and orders made after 1pm Central will be started processing the next business day. You will receive an email with shipping and tracking info via email.
Return Policy Information
We want to do everything possible to make your return process smooth and easy. Our guarantee to you is that if you wish to return products for any reason you may send them back to us postmarked within 14 days from the invoice date. We will send you a return label to allow you to ship back at no cost to you. Simply contact us thru our Contact Form to request a return.
We are proud of the fact that:
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- We do not require you to get a “return authorization” from us.
- You have up to 14 days from the invoice date to return merchandise.
Please include a copy of your invoice in the return package, or a note with your name, address, and telephone number. We would appreciate a short explanation (although not necessary) as to the reason for your return. Your feedback helps us to understand the needs and concerns of our valued customers and assists us in developing excellent customer service.
Qualifying returns are eligible for a refund to your credit card or thru paypal, whichever method of payment you used. All returns will be made within 3 business days of receiving the product back.

- We do request an order number, or name and email and address in the return package.
- We will accept requests for size exchange if the desired size is available. We can not grant store credits but will credit your payment in full.
- We are happy to send you a mailing label if you contact us before you mail the return.
- We recommend tracking and insuring packages sent back for return, as we cannot be responsible for any lost/damaged return packages
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Item(s)
- Should you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item(s), please contact us at email@example.com so that we can send you a replacement item and include a return shipping label for your damaged, defective or wrong item(s).
- We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a refund of the original item.
